Electricity will be charged separately for the amount used for each individual workshop.

Outdoor Storage

£2/sq ft per annum (inclusive of VAT)

Container Storage £120/month

Indoor Car storage £40/month

Caravan Storage £40/month

The minimum rental term is 1 month, which is payable in advance.

We require a notice period of 1 month.

North Dorset Workshops insure the building but not contents you will need your own contents insurance.

​

​

We are able to arrange for deliveries to be signed for.
